Welcome to Your Home Cleaning Solution

My Maid provides customized cleaning services that are available weekly, every other week, monthly or one-time. You choose what your would like us to do and we take care of it.

Service cost varies depending on location, size of home, condition of home and frequency of cleaning scheduled.

REGULAR CLEANING INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING AREAS AND SERVICES:
(Subject to the number of hours requested and condition of the home.)

In the Kitchen we:

  • Sweep and Mop all floors.
  • Clean the exterior of Stove, Fridge and any other small appliances.
  • Clean and Sanitize Counter Tops and the exterior of all Cabinets.
  • Clean and Sanitize sink.
  • Remove trash and replace bags.
  • Clean ceiling fans if any and all baseboards.

In the Bathroom we:

  • Sweep and Mop all floors.
  • Clean Glass Mirrors and Shower Doors.
  • Clean the Tub, Toilet and Sinks.
  • Change Bath Towels.
  • Remove trash and replace bags
  • Clean Light fixtures

In the Bedrooms we:

  • Sweep, Mop all hardwood floors or Vacuum Carpet.
  • Dust and Clean with a damp cloth Window Sills and Ledges.
  • Clean Head Boards, night tables and any other furniture.
  • Dust pictures and other knick-knacks
  • Clean all baseboards

In the Dining and Living Room we:

  • Sweep, Mop all hardwood floors or Vacuum Carpet.
  • Dust and Clean with a damp cloth Window Sills and Ledges.
  • Clean Glass Mirrors.
  • Vacuum sofa or any other furniture.
  • If we are able to move furniture we will vacuum underneath.
  • Dust all Picture Frames, lamps, lights and knick-knacks.
  • Clean all baseboards.

ON SPECIAL REQUEST WE WILL:

  • Clean Walls
  • Oven (must be sprayed in advance)
  • Windows (if accessible, on the inside only)
  • Refrigerators
  • Closets
  • Cabinets

This type of work is time consuming. Please provide us with more details and ask us about additional cost.

The above prices are based on the complete cleaning of your home. If you only need a certain area to be cleaned, call us. We will customize the cleaning to fit your requirements and budget.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Payment is due at the time of service.
  • There is a $35 fee for any N.S.F. check returned by your bank. If it is your bank's error, they should reimburse you for this expense.
  • There is a $25 late cancellation/lock-out fee for canceling or rescheduling a visit after 3:00 pm. the day before the visit. The same fee applies if we are unable to gain access to your home.
  • For any account we are forced to refer for collection a $50 charge apply, plus any legal fees, in addition to the balance due.
  • Should you directly employ, without our consent , anyone currently employed by us, or anyone who was employed by us within the six month period prior to such employment. You are liable for an employment referral fee of $3,500.00 per person,  You agree to pay this fee whether you notify us of your action or we discover this employment independently. You further agree to reimburse us for any and all collection or legal fees we incur in collecting this fee.
  • We remind our clients that all employees of My Maid have a written contracts Prohibiting Disloyal Competition and that they will also be fined.
  • By using our service you automatically agree to the terms and conditions listed above.
